In addition to ongoing efforts to manage existing business development programs, the Richmond Development Corporation has enlisted the assistance of an outside consulting firm to promote the Richmond market to targeted restaurants and retailers along with regional and national brokerage houses. The Retail Coach conducts annual research to ensure that we have the most up-to-date retail demographics and Retail Trade Area (RTA) data. Additionally, The Retail Coach represents the Richmond community at regional and national International Council of Shopping Center events.
