City Commission Receives Tenth Street Mobility Project Update

(Richmond, Texas)- City Commission heard update from Fort Bend County engineers on the 10th Street Mobility Project. This roadway project will be a 4-lane boulevard with Phase I beginning at Hwy. 90A with a railroad overpass and ending at Fields Street. Morton Street and Ferry Street are the only streets to dead end and not be passable at the bridge. Detours will be in place for both streets.

Construction is projected to begin 1st Q 2027 for 2 years ending 1st Q 2029 for this Phase I of the 10th Street Mobility Project.
